As a Multimedia Specialist for IWG, you will develop, plan, and coordinate media for the purpose of education and training, reference procedures and improve communication. You will earn a starting salary between $38k to $48K depending on relevant experience. Perform standard responsibilities as a Multimedia Specialist to include:

• Produce and create videos, audio visual materials, aids for training, information, and instruction purposes.
• Perform all phases of video production such as developing concepts and storyboarding; script research and writing; directing volunteer employees, performing videography, editing, mixing sound, creating graphics, and using digital animation software.
• Meet with internal customers to identify production needs; plan and schedule shooting; determine and coordinate equipment needs; advise and suggest techniques to overcome challenges;
• Coordinate video footage schedule; pack, move, load, transport, and set-up equipment for production.
• Create multimedia digital storytelling videos using stills, graphics, animation, sound effects, narration, and music; perform audio recording, extracting, and editing for required overall length.
• Develop access modes for distribution of media including closed circuit video monitors, QR codes for personal devices, YouTube channel, and links to a network library.
• Develop and maintain revision control and media library while maintaining IT security standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Regular communication with manager to be sure objectives are being met.
• Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable.

Qualifications and Skills include:

• 2-year degree in multimedia or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage time sensitive tasks
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent work record, including safety, quality and attendance
• Positive Attitude
• Must have a valid driver’s license
