What You Will Do to Change Lives
As a senior member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner provides direct medical treatment to members served.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• ANCC Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
• Active DEA and Furnishing licenses

• Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Program Summary - We believe recovery starts from within, and that our job is to do whatever it takes to provide the support needed on your recovery journey. Our 16-bed secure facility includes a full staff of registered nurses, clinicians, peer specialists, and social workers on call 24 hours a day to provide wrap-around support. Upon arrival, a diverse clinical team will provide an individualized assessment and work with you every step of the way to support your goals in life.
