Overview:
The position is a Nurse Home Visitor in the Office of Community Care for the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) program. The NFP is a nurse home visitation program for first time mothers and their child through age 2. Primary duties are to provide home visits to women and their families eligible for the NFP program.

Salary: $4,926.38/month

Sign-On Bonus: Now offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year employment commitment for candidates identified for hire before January 31st.
