Occupational Therapist (Full time) *$3,000 Sign on Bonus**
Shifts: Full time (.8, flexible hours, anticipate Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday schedule, occasional weekend coverage)
Duties: Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with developmental, neurologic and musculoskeletal disorders with emphasis on ergonomic principles. Restores patient’s functional ability, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy through the use of therapeutic treatments and modalities. Is responsible for assisting with program development, in-servicing staff and for community education.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required. National certification through the National Certification of Occupational Therapy Board. Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of WI. DPI licensure or eligible to apply is required. Current CPR and AED certifications required. New grads encouraged to apply.
