Join us in our 99 bed facility with a gorgeous gym equipped with SciFit and Neurogym equipment. Our vision is to be the provider of choice for short term rehabilitation and ventilator patients as well as an educational facility for our community.

Position Summary:

In addition to the duties listed below, this position will allow the creativity and flexibility that Occupational Therapy is built on. There is no “one way” to achieve anything and we strive to ensure our team members have the freedom to construct a program that truly puts our patients at the center while also dedicating energy to ensuring each team member feels valued. Our building celebrates together and is dedicated to a culture that supports our team as we work together for our clients. This position will have a focus on growing our functional maintenance program for our long-term residents. Cascadia has several buildings in this area and we all work together to make sure needs are met and help each other when possible.
