Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Provide visitors/customers with information and direct them accordingly.
• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate extension.
• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing paperwork with all Microsoft Office programs.
• Data entry, invoicing and billing via Quickbooks
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must be 21 years old.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
• Attention-to-detail skills involve looking closely at your work to identify and correct errors, spot and improve weaknesses and produce a near-perfect end-result
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment;
• Microsoft Office applications, Internet and Mobile Phone
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory

Work Hours and Benefits

• Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours when required.

• Occasional weekend/overtime hours

• Two weeks paid vacation during off season (October through March only)
