We are looking for a dedicated, team player willing to help anywhere needed in the office. Must be willing to help others, as well as work independently on any given tasks. Clerical/ Office experience is a plus, but not needed as we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties include but are not limited to:

· Must be proficient in QuickBooks. You will be helping enter invoices from vendors, track employee hours, track job numbers, entering fuel charges, etc.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will mainly be using word and excel to create multiple kinds of spreadsheets, and word documents as needed.

· MUST BE ORGANIZED

· MUST HAVE GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

· Help create new customer files, and new equipment files.

· Needs to be able to work independently as well as work as part of a team.

· Help keep track of maintenance that has been done to equipment, vehicles, and or trailers.

· Multi-tasking is a must

· Must be able to communicate well with all other employees throughout the company

· Be able to check emails throughout the day, and handle them accordingly

· Be able to file entered invoices, maintenance logs in the correct folders

· Must be able to answer phones and deliver the message to the correct person in the office in a timely manner. Must also be able to write down caller’s information, what they were calling for, and deliver it to the correct person.

· Call new customers to get a copy of their W9, and get them set up in QuickBooks. (May also include helping AR to figure out their specific billing process)
