Kent collision Center is an independent body shop whos goal is to provide superior repairs and customer service. Previous body shop experience is not necessary but is definitely welcome.

 Answer phones  Enter customer payments into CCC  Update customer files with payment info  Create bank deposits for all companies  Process check deposits for KCC on check scanner  Prepare cash deposits for bank  Create vendor check payments in QB  Process Saturn transactions  Send Broadly welcome letters  Check on payments for customer jobs  Update customers in Broadly  Monitor Office email – handle or route accordingly  Clean coffee maker  Keep front desk area clean  Filing duties + maintain files system for all companies  Print window tags  Check in customer vehicles  Take photos of vehicles at check in  Build customer files  Prepare key tags for incoming vehicles  Update production list, delivery list, etc  Open and process daily mail – distribute and scan accordingly  Misc. admin projects as needed  Misc. accounting projects as needed  Prepare customer refund requests  Handle outgoing mail  Order office supplies  Customer check-out (final bill, warranty, jam)  Employee benefits coordinator  Maintain inventory of jam + create labels for jars  Maintain office equipment – copies, scanners, etc. (toner, repairs, etc)  PMG Billing – mechanical, tires, pre & post scans  Assist with computer maintenance requests and coordinate with IT service  In charge of company’s merchant account. Keep updated on all laws related to processing debit/credit cards.  Prepare monthly vendor checks for mailing. Put checks in envelopes, stamp, and mail. File in Paid Bills files.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
