Local Psychiatrist is looking to hire an Office Manager for a small private psychiatric practice, with 3 employees and 2 Medical Providers. You will be responsible for conducting and overseeing the office administrative duties. The position is approximately 32 hours per week at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage phones lines for two medical providers, managing records and patient information.
• Provide administrative assistance to providers as well as other office staff.
• Perform other office tasks (collection of patient payments, distribute mail, scheduling, filing, etc.)
• Professional interaction with patients, other doctors and company representatives.

​Qualifications:

• Must be dependable, able to self-start and work unsupervised.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years Medical office experience.
• EMR experience as well as Microsoft (Word, Excel) platform knowledge is preferred.
