Aaron is a fitness influencer with over 1 million followers on Instagram (@aaron_nimmo) and has helped over 50,000 online clients in the last 10 years. Cole has an MBA and superior marketing and sales experience. Together they are working to create a coaching program and community that is unlike anything else in the fitness industry. This program, community, and movement cannot happen without incredible coaches leading the way.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a male or female accountability coach for this role. Someone who has experience with coaching and is not afraid of confrontation. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to help our busy clients navigate their crazy weeks by creating action steps to overcome obstacles that come up.

We Are Not Looking For:

If you prefer a more hands-off coaching style, this may not be the right fit for you. It is absolutely crucial that you hold yourself responsible for the success of your clients for this role to be the right fit for you. Every client will have excuses and mental obstacles and it will be your job to help them overcome them through mindset coaching and by helping the client create solutions to all obstacles that come up.

Common problems that arise with our clients that will need to be navigated:

• too busy during the week to meal pre

• too busy to fit meals in during the day

• traveling non-stop and don't know what to eat

• having a hard time fitting in workouts

• having a hard time keeping on track diet eating out with business meetings

Here are a list of potential responsibilities included in this role:

• initial consultation call to get to know the client and gather information needed to create their customized nutrition and workout program

• ensuring the client has completed the on-boarding process

• introducing the client into our online community group / member's area

• creating a custom nutrition plan for the client based on TSL protocol

• creating a personalized workout routine for the client based on TSL protocol

• ordering meals for the client on a weekly basis and creating a custom nutrition plan to fit the meal requirements if needed

• weekly check-in one on one zoom calls

• requiring that client submits weekly progress check-ins in mobile app

• weekly progress assessment and feedback

• weekly programming adjustments as needed

• setting new program goals every 4 weeks

• on-going communication with management as needed - text and zoom meetings

• end of program call and interview with each client and gathering testimonial content

• asking for referrals from clients on a regular basis

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
