At ttg Talent Solutions we are looking for an Oracle Application Developer, to work with one of our amazing clients in Palm Beach, FL with Knowledge in data mining and data warehouse design, understanding of database management systems, OLAP and ETL frameworks, also Experience with designing, building, and deploying BI (Business Intelligence) and solutions Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (BICS), and experience with XML, XSLT, and SQL*Loader.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical business applications forms, reports, and interface development and maintenance support to ensure business continuity and growth
- Provide end user support to assist in resolving daily IT requests from the end users
- Participates in special projects as directed by Manager
- Analyze business needs, detailing requirements, designing solutions and recommending potential changes
- Gathers and documents business requirements from users to determine the capabilities that need to be delivered
- Consult with the users on the priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements and provide time and cost estimates for the proposed changes
- Works closely with applications analysts and business users to identify opportunities for improvement of business processes through automation and custom software development
- Develop and document detailed technical specification documents (MD70)
- Follow standard System Development Lifecycle and documentation guidelines
- Works with Oracle Support on Service Requests
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Create test cases and conduct unit testing and participate in integration and system testing
- Support business/IT applications through issue resolution and provide guidance to key users using the IT Help Desk software to ensure issue root cause and fully document the resolutions
- Should be able to help and assist in mentoring Junior developers
- Should work independently and build relationships with business partners on day-to-day activities
- Should be a team player and have a positive attitude towards work, be accountable for delivering the assigned tasks on time
- Provide functional support and training when necessary to Applications users
- Assists and performs daily IT log tasks and monitors for any exceptions that need to be addressed
- Assists in entering and maintaining system related configurations (CMDB) into the IT Service Desk system
- Proposes and implements ideas to simplify daily activities in the business Process Unit offices area by leveraging IT technology
- Is available 24/7 for any critical business application system related problems that may arise
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum three years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or in a related area
- Knowledge in data mining and data warehouse design like dimensional modeling
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Experience with using Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (BICS) Data Sync is required
- Experience with design, build and deploy BI (Business Intelligence) solutions Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (BICS)
- XML, XSLT experience is required
- Experience with SQL*Loader required
