Your future responsibilities include:

• Meet with existing and potential clients, in person at their homes and businesses and over the phone to educate and offer our services.
• Work with supplied leads from beginning contact through end of sale.
• Utilize existing customer and market data to offer additional services.
• Ability to work closely with our Office Staff, Sales Manager and Division Managers to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
• Manage time effectively and efficiently with a high volume of appointments.

As the saying goes the grass will not grow under your feet. You will be consistently busy with new and continued leads year-round. A solid background in customer service is a must. A clean MVR is necessary as you will be assigned a company vehicle. You must be tech savvy and coachable. Our sales and estimate process provides clients with the information they seek directly in the field via email and text messaging. Team Red exemplifies integrity, honesty, and respect.

Pay and compensation is based on experience with possible commissions.
