Responsibilities include distribution, drug therapy monitoring, education, and supervisory functions. Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience includes at least two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience.

Computer experience. Committment to excellence, accuracy, attention to detail and team work. Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, organize time well, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision. The following are preferred: Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency.

Experience of working in a large, progressive academic medical center. History of scholarly activities including publication and scientific meeting presentations. Experience and / or interest in teaching. License to practice Pharmacy in the State of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
