Carpe Diem Speech Therapy is a private pediatric speech therapy clinic located in the heart of Sylvania, Ohio. Founded in 2020 by a speech language pathologist, Carpe Diem strives to provide effective, research-based therapy for children with a variety of disorders or delays using creative and engaging methods.

Job Description: The occupational therapist performs evaluations and treatments as ordered by physicians in accordance with company standards as well as federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

We are searching for an innovative OT to start and build our OT department. This includes completing the design of a sensory/treatment room, selecting assessments and treatment materials for purchase, and designing templates for evaluation reports, progress summaries, and treatment notes. The OT will be able to create his/her own schedule to meet the needs of patients.

• Education: Bachelor, Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• License: Current OT License in State of Ohio
• Certification: BLS

Job Type: Part-time, with potential for growth.

Work Location: Outpatient clinic in Sylvania, OH

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
