Arrowhead Dental Associates is accepting applications for dedicated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator at our multi-specialty office in Charlestown, Rhode Island. Arrowhead Dental has developed a team of passionate professionals who work together to take exceptional care of our patients.

We are looking for someone who is personable and can provide 5-star customer service and a positive experience for our patients as they check in and out of our office. Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, energetic, and can bring positivity and enthusiasm to our office for our patients and our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to our office
• Make new patients feel welcome and comfortable at our office
• Check-in patients according to office protocol
• Schedule patients for various procedures
• Create and present treatment plans
• Determine insurance calculations
• Complete other duties assigned by Administrative Team Leader

Experience:

• Dental office experience (preferred)
• Customer service (preferred)

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
• Availability to work every other Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
