Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, organized people person to join our team. Our practice is an exquisite, high-quality, customer service-oriented office where you would be proud to work. We are willing to train the right, motivated candidate. The position is full time: 8:45 till 5:15, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients
• Coordinate patient's and practice's schedule
• Welcome patients to the dental office
• Present various financial options
• Coordinate treatment with other specialty offices
• Various other clerical, marketing, and team leading roles commensurate with skills and aptitude.

Skills required

• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• Additional certification or training is an asset
• Marketing, hospitality, and customer service experience is a welcome bonus
