Eastern Nephrology Associates, PLLC is the area’s largest, private medical practice specializing in diseases and disorders of the kidney. We currently have an opportunity in our Kinston office for the following:

Patient Services Representative

8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some overtime/flexibility required)

This individual will work in the front office at our Kinston location and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Check in/Check Out process
• Appointment Scheduling
• Answer phones and direct patients to appropriate personnel

This individual should possess excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, have strong critical thinking skills and excellent computer skills. A pleasant, clear/understandable phone voice is a must for this position. Individual must have a positive attitude and be pleasant in all patient, physician, and peer interactions.

Proficiency in Acumen/Epic or similar system is preferred. Familiarity with ICD-10/CPT coding is required.

2+ years experience in a medical office is preferred. An individual who is a CMA or MA is preferred but not required.
