We are looking to hire an individual to provide Bookkeeping and Payroll services for our accounting clients. Experienced in bookkeeping and payroll processing. QuickBooks and Excel experience is a plus.

Job Description:

Payroll: payroll processing in a timely manner, taxation forms, maintaining employee data, and handling payroll questions. Assist with quarterly and year end taxes.

Bookkeeping: enter data, maintain records, bank reconciliations.

Administrative: General office duties, including appointment scheduling and tax return assembling.

Skills:

• Detail oriented
• Bookkeeping skills
• Data entry
• Experience working in a team environment

Education and/or Experience:

• Payroll preparation
• High school diploma
• Experience in accounting knowledge
• Bookkeeping 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
