If you're looking to further your career as a Staff/Sr Accountant, our client, a Growing Private Equity Management Company is in need of an experienced Staff/Senior Accountant to help manage the transactions of the corporate group. This will include periodic accounting transactions, cash management and cash modeling/forecasting work in Excel, and various Month, Qtr, & Year End reporting needs and projects. The nature of the group ties back to investment tracking for private equity and similar entities, so you will gain valuable experience within this world too. There is potential growth from this role into other areas within for the right person. This role is hybrid working in Boston 3 days a week in-office.

The desired profile is 2-4+ years of experience within an accounting and/or investment accounting environment. Strong Excel skills are a must as well. Experience with transactional/operational accounting is preferred. (Month end closing work)

Attention to detail is key. BA/BS in Accounting or Business discipline needed.

Compensation of base + bonus is $100k++. Great benefits and long-term career upside exist too!
