A highly organized, efficient, and bright person with a proven track record of consistency and loyalty, to join our Salon in Addison.

We are proud of our work, and we have a proven record of what we can accomplish with hard work and dedication. We have taken our business from the general standard of just another hair salon to over a million dollars specialty and on-demand practice.

We work four 10 hour days form 8-6 Wed-Sat.

This program is not for the weak, unmotivated, or entitled! It takes hard work and dedication while working a full-time schedule and dedicating additional time to assignments, training, and learning.

As the salon coordinator and assistant and marketing assistant , you are the first face our guests see when they arrive and the last when they are on their way out.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Opening and closing the salon

-Taking pictures of the clients and promoting social media

-Creating social media and reel videos and stories for Instagram

-Taking videos, editing and creating graphics through canva

-Scheduling appointments

-Performing data entry tasks

-Interacting with clients and stylists

-Responding to client’s texts and emails

-Must have a strong sales drive Additional duties may include:

-Taking payments

-Selling salon packages and products

-Other computer-related work

-Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy at all times

-Some salon errands

-Zoya’s personal errand

-Shopping for salon items

-Product inventory and orderingOrganizing and retail display

-Assisting stylists as needed.

-Shampooing guests

-Organizing hair for applications

-Collect, wash/fold towels and capes.

-Keep towel cabinet stocked.

-Keep back bar bottles stocked/filled.

-Keep restroom tidy and supplies stocked.

-General light cleaning duties.

-Empty trash cans.

Requirements:

Having a happy and upbeat attitude and desire to invest in their future Common sense and ability to make decisions and act as a responsible and reliable adult is a must.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
