Job Description :

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Delivers a superior level of customer service, both in person and on the phone.
  • Consistently models professionalism; serves as a role model to dispensary staff during periods of high stress and ambiguity.
  • Always maintains the highest level of compliance and ensures all proper legal and Company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Work with store manager to diffuse difficult situations and ensures issues are resolved to the member’s satisfaction while upholding company standards.
  • Professional Practice in accordance with the NYS Department of Health Rules and Regulations
  • Patient Safety
  • Product and Dosing consultation based on the patient’s doctor recommendation
  • Monitoring Drug Interactions
  • Quality Assurance
  • Workflow Management
  • Loss Prevention
  • Community and Provider Outreach
  • Have knowledge of MicroMerchant
  • Compare safe inventory to retail inventory in daily audits
  • Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each day
  • Maintain appropriate retail floor stock levels and display quality
  • Work with the Dispensary Manager to communicate all issues that come up at the store
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility; has a high attention to detail and regularly reviews facility needs and communicates them to the appropriate parties
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • May help in other departments as needed/Other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacist License in North Carolina State in good standing
  • Able to gain access to the North Carolina State PMP (Prescription Monitoring Program)
  • Retail experience in a pharmacy
  • Experience required with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to remain standing for extended periods of time
  • Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Compensation: $130,000/ Anually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
