Pharmacist

Pay rate: $100,000+ per year (negotiable based on state licenses)

Pharmacist with multiple state licenses with ability to grow and streamline productivity of the pharmacy and staff.

Maintain day to day operations, verifying prescriptions, preparing prescriptions, dispensing limited products (no compounding).

Supervise and train technicians and pharmacy personnel.

Provide patients counseling, instructions and advise.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with co-workers in a professional, respectful, and efficient manner.

Manage pharmacy staff who contact patients with a high level of accuracy, organization, communication abilities, and computer literacy.

Pleasant phone manner.

Design and improve processes and workflows to grow and scale up to better achieve accurate prescription volume.

Experience:

HIPAA training

Multi-State Licenses (salary incentive for additional licenses)
Active National Certified Pharmacy License
Mail order pharmacy experience helpful
RPh or Pharm.D
