iMovR designs and manufactures premium-grade office fitness products such as sit-stand desks, treadmill desks and various ergonomic accessories, mostly made in the USA (see iMovR.com). Since we sell our products almost exclusively online, having compelling photography, video and graphics on our website has a direct impact on sales. We have a large custom-built studio in our headquarters building in Bellevue where we can create many different residential and commercial office scenes for capturing beautiful imagery of our beautiful products.

This internship opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to get a full range of hands-on experience working with real products in a real studio, and see their work product put into use in a real-time e-commerce environment. You would be working directly under our Creative Director.

Ideally we're looking for a utility player who wants to gain experience across all three disciplines of photography, video and graphics design, but if you specialize in only one or two of these disciplines, that's OK, too. We have plenty of work to go around. The nice thing is there's so much work coming through the department every day that we can design the job around you.

While this is an internship, if we like your work and you like working with our team we would extend the opportunity to go full time once we get to know each other better. Think of it as a trial period, the length of which would depend on how many hours a week you're able to put in. We're completely flexible around your class schedules or other obligations.

If converted to a regular employee we do offer complete benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO and stock options. Once fully trained you will be able to WFH on some tasks that don't require being in the studio, providing you have a sufficiently powerful computer at home to work on the Adobe Creative Cloud platforms, Photoshop, etc.

The kinds of work you could be involved in:

• Creating promotional photo and video content for our websites and advertising campaigns, either as production assistant, or in the editing stage, or both
• Creating basic graphics for our websites using tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Organizing databases of thousands of creative assets that have been generated so that we can find them more easily, identify gaps in these assets and create assets to fill in those gaps.
• Ideation around new product launches, including everything from creating scripts and shot plans for imagery, logos and illustrations, email campaign templates, and even brand name selections. We're a small marketing team that's highly collaborative with our peers in product development and sales, so you're guaranteed exposure to the complete product cycle in an environment that launches many new products per year.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in building a portfolio and gaining working knowledge of digital marketing platforms. Not only will you receive on-the-job training and mentoring from our staff, you will have the chance to make real contributions during your time with us.
