Physical Therapist

This position will service facilities in the Brownsville area.

Overview

The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, treat, form discharge plans, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. The Physical Therapist will communicate with facility staff and provide support to the facility through training and in-services as needed.

Education and Licensing Requirements

Therapist must maintain an active Texas state license for Physical Therapy.

Preferred experience in skilled nursing.
