Length of contract:

• 13 weeks with a possibility of an extension, that depends on if you enjoy working at the facility and they feel you're a good match.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 2 years of PT experience
• Must have at least one year of recent PT experience
• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license in the State of OK

EDUCATION:

• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license

*Candidates must provide a copy of all diplomas and/or certifications to support stated qualification

CERTIFICATES/LICENSURE:

• Must have an active and unrestricted PT license
• Must have an active BLS certification
