The VNA of South Shore Health is searching for compassionate, knowledgeable, patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate, plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in their home. What Do I Need for this Position?

· 1-2 years of clinical experience with a varied patient population

· Reliable transportation

Nice to Have:

· BS degree in Physical Therapy preferred

· BLS or ACLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred

Work Schedule:

· Full time & Part time positions available with flexible days and shifts

· Weekend requirement: 1 weekend day shift every 4 weeks.

· Holiday requirement: 1-2 holidays
