Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is seeking a qualified individual for a Physical Therapist. This position will be responsible for direct resident care by administering the therapy outlined in the plan of care to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities.

Physical Therapist Job Highlights:

• Performing procedures, tests, and complex treatments to ensure safe and effective evaluation and treatment of residents.
• Attend and participate in family meetings as appropriate
• Attends and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.

Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Pennsylvania
