Post Acute Rehabilitation Physicians is a physician owned and operated group that focuses on improving outcomes for patients undergoing therapy in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The job offers great flexibility allowing for a balanced work life and satisfaction while treating patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Rounding 4-5 days a week as a physiatry consultant for all patients in the facility

Providing focused care on the rehabilitation outcomes of each patient

Administering peripheral joint injections (Mainly knees, shoulders and hips)

Collaborating with the primary care team

Documentation completed in the EHR

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted PA-C state license, or ability to obtain

• DEA license, or ability to obtain

• Nursing home experience is a plus
