1. Job Description

The following are main tasks and main responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Main tasks
(1) Market Intelligence:

• Researching automotive markets and sales trends to set up competitive market strategies.
• Studying market demand by country and by model to respond to the right needs.

(2) Sales Management:

• Monitoring sales progress, order, order forecast and aging stock to improve sales process
• Production allocation and monitoring

(3) Business Plan and Strategy:

• Establishing the region’s own business strategies to increase sales volume
• Searching for new business opportunities

(4) Business reports and tasks:

• Preparing meeting materials and business reports with HQ in Korea

(5) Business Planning

• Company internal meetings and distributor conference preparation

2. Main Interfaces (internal/external)

• Kia Central & South America teams
• Kia Corporation HQ
• Kia Plants (Korea, Mexico, India, Slovakia, China)
• Central & South Distributors

3. Requirements

- Education:

• Bachelor degree

- Basic requirement:

• US citizen or permanent resident
• Time and multi task management skills
• High standard of work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team with a pro-active attitude towards your role

- Experience:

• 1 year of experience in sales management or in the automotive field or related field preferred

- Skills:

• Proficiency in English (Speaking Korean is a plus)
• Solid Excel, PPT, WORD and computer usage skills
• Excellent writing business report Skill
