Pay Range: $18 - $25 / hr. depending on experience

As a Pool Construction Team/Crew Member, there are many different activities you will be performing. These will vary on a day-to-day and a job-to-job basis, but can include digging, carrying materials, assisting team leader / foremen, and performing pool construction and renovation duties. You will learn new skills and techniques to help you achieve career growth in the pool construction and renovation industry.

In addition, you will assist the Team Leader/Foreman in keeping Yard, Vehicles and Properties Clean, and follow all Safety Policies & Practices

Requirements:

• One or more years of construction experience, experience with carpentry, concrete work, plumbing, or masonry preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Can understand, give, and receive information (in sentences) in English and Spanish (preferably) with Crew, Crew Leader, Manager, Project Manager
• Able to perform physical demands of job including safely lifting/moving 80 lbs. regularly
• Able to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
• Have DOT Medical Card or can obtain one within 90 days of employment
