Seeking a qualified candidate that will be responsible for assisting in the development, evaluation, improvement and operation of the manufacturing process for new and existing products. The Process Engineer will coordinate activities concerned with technical developments for new and existing products.

Requirements of the job include (but are not limited to):

· Interaction with other manufacturing personnel to guide them in proper procedure and technique for good manufacturing practice

· Must possess a strong mechanical ability and the safe use of common tools.

· Capable of using simple and advanced measuring equipment

· Manage and maintain process control plans, PFMEAs

· Exposure and understanding of automotive and aerospace standards required

· Must possess the ability to complete geometric and algebraic formulas

· Must be proficient in time studies and methods of time management

· Excellent organizational skills

· Computer skills (email, internet, word processing, Microsoft Excel, etc.)

· Solidworks and AutoCAD experience or experience with similar CAD software.

· Mathematical skills

· Communicate effectively with other departments and outside vendors (verbal and written)

· Required to always maintain a safe work environment

Minimum education: BS in Engineering or equivalent in degree or manufacturing experience
