Location- Carlsbad, CA- hybrid 1-2 days in office

3E is looking for a Product Owner. You will be responsible for defining and managing the product backlog to ensure regulatory updates are implemented in a timely manner and system enhancements are implemented to ensure optimal UX. Newest technologies are used. Plus you get to work with an enthusiastic, knowledgeable engineering team and there are opportunities to grow.

• Analyze and work with customers and partners to develop new solutions, enhance customer experience and increase profitability

• Assist Product Management scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Develop user stories and manage priorities with engineering team using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Responsible for sharing voice of the customer and providing a business perspective to engineering team

• Ensure proper product releases by ensuring stakeholders are prepared to support. This includes preparing technical documentation. Project management of the product release schedule and communications
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• 2+ years’ experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• 2+ years proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop clear product requirements and the ability to communicate them to development
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Expert understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,667-$118,000 USD. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered..
