We are a small family-oriented E-commerce company that sells automotive touchup and spray paint throughout the US. We are looking for a full-time motivated, high-energy, reliable individual to mix & dispense automotive paint, assist with other shop related tasks such as: packaging, shipping order fulfillment and inventory management.

General Description: Production Paint Mixer/Fulfillment Specialist primary job responsibility is to prep, mix paint and dispense into jars or aerosol cans according to customer orders. We aim to keep the shop at peak performance, a part of this is ensuring the mixing area is clean and stocked. Assisting others in the shop with shipping, packaging, and product labeling/manufacturing is also a key part of this position. We value motivated individuals who have get up and go. Pay increases for improved productivity & quality.

Essential Functions:

• Prep paint containers for fulfillment
• Mix, measure and formulate paint precisely
• Pour mixed paint into aerosol cans and touch up jars
• Dispense paint into aerosol cans
• Dispense primer and clearcoat into touch up jars
• Maintain work area cleanliness and stock stations
• Print can, jar, glass labels and instructional inserts
• Assemble components into kits
• Package and ship products
• Prepare aerosol spray cans for fulfillment by checking for defective product & labeling

Knowledge, skill and abilities required:

• HS diploma or GED
• Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high efficiency, with a focus on continuous process and quality improvement
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity and perform work at a level which promotes a positive image of ERA Paints within the organization as well as to our marketplace

Knowledge, experience and abilities desired:

• Interested in the automotive industry
• Customer service skills
• Automotive paint or detailing experience

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment with light exposure to paint fumes and air compressor noise
• We are located close to the Tigard Bus/Max station
• Our hours are in the range of 6:30AM to 3:00PM

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for 80% of a standard working day
• Must be able to lift 1-15 lbs occasionally, and 16-50 infrequently
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements
