Sign Designer

We are looking to hire a professional SIGN DESIGNER_ who is as friendly and Down-To-Earth, as they are creative and hardworking!_ Open and growing since 2004, our little operation stays pretty busy with tons of repeat and new clients. We are looking for a dynamic team player who understands the principals Sign Design and the importance of working professionally.

We are willing to pay $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience and on-the-job performance. Required hours are Monday - Thursday, 8am – 6:30pm. That’s right, (4) 10hr days, with three days off!

• Easily and efficiently work within computer applications
• Able to ask the right questions to ensure project success; Manage client expectation with anticipation and confidence
• Malleable design atheistic to accommodate a variety in industries and client branding
• Able to manage time well, according to project specs and budget
• Able to receive feedback, make adjustments and grow
• Understand and apply the principles of “designing for production”
• Have an excellent eye for detail; Be relevant with current design and visual trends
• Able to manage several dozen projects at one time; multitasking
• Possess excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have stable, long term experience in a similar role - vehicle graphics, commercial signage, event projects, etc.
• Reliable without life distractions/drama; Emotional stability
• Have highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be service orientated and actively looking for ways to help clients and co-workers
