Responsibilities:

As the Liberty Military Housing Project Coordinator,
you will be responsible for the smooth operation of major projects throughout the community. Your role requires excellent organizational skills and time management to balance schedules of multiple projects within the same time periods. You will attend meetings regarding upcoming projects to be able to effectively communicate the details of the project to effected residents through written notices and telecommunication. You will be responsible for inspecting the property and ensuring that our residents comply with Community Policies while providing exemplary service in accordance to Liberty Military Housing’s quality service and customer satisfaction standards.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee special projects, ensure all repair work is being done as specified, and completed on schedule.
  • Attend all meetings as required with inspectors, contractors, and vendors.
  • Adhere to company proposal and approval processes.
  • Complete Project Approval Forms (PAFs) as necessary.
  • Obtain and submit project documentation for file maintenance.
  • Establish, implement and manage project management schedule on major improvements.
  • Coordinate with District Manager on communication to residents regarding upcoming projects.
  • Prepare project notices and ensure timely delivery to residents within required notice timeframes.
  • Inspect property weekly, report any general maintenance issues, potential liability issues and landscape concerns to the District Manager / Maintenance Supervisor for repairs.
  • Issue correction notices for Lease Violations and Community Policy violations as discovered on property inspections and perform follow up inspections as needed.
  • Assist the Service Manager / Service Coordinator with pre-move-in /move-out inspections as well as final move-out inspections.
  • Assist district office team with any other requests as directed by the District Manager.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
What You Need for Success:
  • 3+ years’ experience in project coordination preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must have extensive organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion, within parameters of instructions given, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
