Job Requirements:
A knowledge base of aggregate, concrete crushing and processing, demolition, and grading.- The ability to communicate with general contractors and government bodies.
- Able to record detailed scopes of work during meeting and site visits.
- Ability to layout a job and set elevations would be an asset.
- Knowledge of a GPS equipment would be an asset.
- Ability to perform accurate takeoff's and build dirtwork estimates for projects ranging from $70K-$200K.
- Strong administrative and planning skills to manage scheduling visits and jobs, dispatch trucking, order parts or equipment and invoicing jobs accordingly.
- Field Experience is preferred.
- Degree in Construction Technology, Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
