Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator

Pay: $19

Location: Dallas, TX (75207)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00

Job Description:

• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls regarding product requests, price quotes, and sampling.
• Correspond with customers by phone concerning orders, returns, shipments, and products.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, & any additional information needed by the customer.
• Answer questions from customers or sales reps on product specs or direct them to the person who can assist them.
• Organize and maintain job file documents, including email, drawings, text messages, etc.
• Partner with sales rep to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Provide administrative assistance & support.
• Enter all orders daily into the company system.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED : 3-5 years previous customer service and project management
• Preferred: Understanding of architectural drawings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional grammar
• Strong computer skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong Data Entry
• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
