Overview:
Hepburn and Sons is looking for a Project Coordinator/Technical Writer to join our Technology Transition Division (TTD) Team, supporting the DTRA portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine the needs of users of technical documentation
  • Manage communications and coordinate meetings among team networks, active duty Navy personnel, Government personnel, and industry teammates
  • Ghostwrite, proofread, edit, and streamline language in deliverables to include meeting briefs, manning documents, and written communication
  • Work with stakeholders to incorporate reviews and comments for documents and deliverables
  • Develop templates, create graphics, and summarize unorganized messages to support the Director's efforts
  • Manage team reporting and deliverables of accomplished efforts on a monthly basis
  • Manage team schedule for deliverables, meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret level clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:
  • 5+ years of industry experience
