We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for fast food and gas station construction. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience as Project Manager in fast food restaurant construction. The Project Manager must be able to effectively manage 5-10 projects at a time. Our projects are on 100-150 day schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating with Superintendents, Owners, and Developers throughout all stages of construction to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Candidates must be able to read and understand blueprints. Responsibilities include but are not limited to estimating and tracking project budgets, creating schedules, and implementing schedules, responsible for profitability of the project and cost control, quality control inspections, change order and RFI tracking. Project Management is responsible for obtaining all closeout documents and ensuring timely punch list completion. This position requires heavy travel throughout NC, SC, GA, VA, and TN.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to do a full material building and site take-off from the plans (Concrete, building lumber, wall sheeting, brick, rebar, FRP, siding, tile, ceiling grid, stone)
- Must be able to review, understand, and approve submittals
- Must be able to create, issue and track all change orders (Owner Change Orders & Subcontractor Change Orders)
- Must know and understand site grading
- Must know and understand all ADA requirements
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to create and implement a job schedule
- Must know how to buy out a job
- Must be able to read and fully understand blueprints (building & site)
- Must know how to work well with people
- Must be organized
- Must be able to keep up with 5 to 10 projects at a time
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be tech savvy and able to use Buildertrend
- Must be able to write emails in a professional manner
- Must be willing to jump into the project hands-on if needed
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
