Responsibilities:

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport while canvassing neighborhoods to setup appointments
• Memorize and implement the proven marketing scripts
• Occasionally attend home shows, fairs, and other events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software
• Professional and share the Clearwater message with homeowners
• Attend all marketing meetings and participate
• Have a reliable cell phone
• Process Oriented

Expectations & Experience:

• Previous canvassing experience is a plus
• 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Able to work on your feet for 5-6 hours per day, year round
• Friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Available to work up to 35+ hours a week
• Able to work evenings and some weekends
• Be coachable and willing to learn
• Process Oriented (yes, we know this is listed twice)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
