This is a full-time position based at our office in Lake Leelanau, MI with occasional travel to our Benzonia, MI office and outreach events within the community. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, display exceptional customer services skills and professional telephone etiquette, be very comfortable learning and navigating several different computer systems, possess strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, and demonstrate flexibility and motivation while working independently and collaborating as part of a team. Previous experience in a medical office setting working with insurance, electronic medical record systems and maintaining confidential information is highly desired.
