Job Purpose

This position will provide support for people within our Purchasing Department. The majority of this role will consist of data entry, work with excel based reports, and vendor B2B portals.

Must be organized, ability to be self-directed, and an eagerness to work in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Data Entry
• Vendor B2B Management
• Purchase Order Tracking
• Vendor communication
• Must have strong computer skills ( Excel ), proficient in MS office
• Ability to learn new systems for job requirements
• Ability to work cross functionally among several areas of company.
• Catalog item Build and UPC Uploads
• Great follow up skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Computer Data Entry, Inventory and or Processing Management skills
• Decision Making: Ability to make decisions that are based on specific instructions, standard practices and established procedures which generally require little or no supervision.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address problems that are varied, requiring analysis or interpretation
• Independence of Action: Ability to follow precedents and procedures. May set priorities and organize work within general guidelines. Seeks assistance when confronted with difficult and/or unpredictable situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
