The Quality Analytics Specialist reports to the Director of Quality and is responsible for managing departmental databases, data sets and analytic tools that support quality improvement activities. The Quality Analytics Specialist supports hospital-wide projects to compile, validate and analyze data through the use of computer-based applications. This role interacts directly with physicians, nursing and ancillary departments/services and committees by aiding with interpretation of data to driving performance improvement across the organization.
