To ensure the ongoing success of the practices, development of staff, and support for providers, all while emphasizing the patient experience, we have created a new Regional Director of Operations position to lead our Kansas City, KS (MO) and OK ophthalmic practices.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, we are seeking to fill this role with a leader of people, agent of change, and superb communicator, with a lead-by-example philosophy, who also has:

• At least 5 years of management in an ophthalmology setting;
• 10 years in a leadership role;
• Strong financial acumen;
• Desire to develop and motivate employees to provide the ultimate patient experience.

This position requires residence in the Kansas or Oklahoma City area with the ability to travel as needed to the ophthalmology practices in the Kansas City, OK/MO and Oklahoma City, OK areas.
