We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations for our healthcare company that is a fast-growing with a number of facilities already in operation Ohio and Florida. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with prior experience as a Director of Operations in nursing homes facilities, as well as a professional and personable demeanor. Job Qualifications:

• Must be an experienced and dynamic leader
• Must have a good understanding of clinical issues
• Must have LNHA licenses (in OH and preferably FL)
• Must have prior multi-facility experience and senior administrative experience Must be extremely communicative and able to effectively work with corporate and upper management
• Must be a forward-thinking and energetic individual with a desire for growth and development

As the Regional Director of Operations you'll work to provide quality expertise in for leading directing, managing, and evaluating our nursing homes facilities. Also you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of three buildings in Dayton, OH with a total capacity of 60-125 beds, as well as some buildings in FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee all upper management and staff at the facilities while providing support and guidance
• Have a good understanding of clinical issues and come up with policies and procedures to address them
• Communicate effectively with corporate and upper management Act as a liaison between the facilities and the corporate office
• Must have prior multi-facility experience and senior administrative experience
• Be a dynamic leader and on the plus thinker
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of facilities and implement strategies to improve performance
• Collaborate with facility administrators and upper management to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of facility staff
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with facility staff, patients, and families Participate in the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the SNF division

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Overall Director of operations in healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing Home Facilites: 1 year (Preferred)
• Director of operations in SNF facilities: 1 year (Preferred)
