Westside Pizza in Buckley looking to hire a full time General Manager

We are a community focused business. We have simply donated a portion of our profits in the past to a few charities, but we want to take on a more community focused position as a business while maintaining growing profits. We are looking for a GM whos friendly and comfortable working with other organizations in the area to make the plateau area a better place for everyone.

We are looking for a GM who's great with his/her employees and has top notch customer service.

The position is full time (35 to 45 hours per week). Weekends are required. Pay is dependent on experience, but benefits of the position include:

PROFIT SHARING MONTHLY BONUS:

3-4 managers work together as a team to work on several key indicators(sales, labor, speed of service, etc) By meeting certain goals, managers can earn a share of the total sales for their profit sharing bonus pool. Bonus pool is split up among managers according to the amount of hours worked with the general manager takes 2x the share of the bonus according to hours. No cap on the bonus pool.

Basic duties include:

Cooking and food prep

Cleaning

Answering phones

Handling manager tasks when no manager is on site such as, but not limited to:

Managing Employees

Maintaining a inviting work culture

Working with ownership

Closing a cash register

Reporting sales figures to corporate and owners

Handling complaints from customers

Routing deliveries

Order food deliveries

Taking deposits to the bank(no public transportation. applicants must have their own transportation so they can take deposits on time when required)

Creating work schedules
