Answers a high volume of telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner and directs calls in an efficiently and timely.

You will respond to telephone requests for assistance as well as make visits, when necessary, that include skilled assessment and interventions.

2-4 year college degree preferred in business or related field. Communicate with the engineering department and account technicians to obtain product
