Job Description :

Store Manager – directly influences the performance of everyone who interacts with guests and supports a "guide" selling environment. The Store Leader is responsible for fostering a selling culture that creates unique, complete solutions that exceed guest’s expectations and that all customer commitments are met. Ensures best-in-class guest service for every interaction, no matter where it occurs. Is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the store, leads by example and keeps a positive work environment. As a leader in the company you will be an integral part of our growth and success. This is a full-time position, with PTO, medical and disability insurance. Compensation is based on experience, with bonuses available.

Essential Functions of this position include:

  • Leading the team in providing world-class customer service during every interaction.
  • Manage the sales performance to meet sales, margin and other performance goals for the sales and service side of the business.
  • Work with the Service Team to meet the store goals.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the store
  • Supervising full and part time retail sales associates and mechanics.
  • Hold associates accountable for meeting established operational guidelines, customer service expectations, and company policies
  • Other tasks/responsibilities as business needs dictate

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Empower, and develop a highly effective team of individuals to meet/exceed the store goals.
  • Creating and delivering great customer experiences however they interact with us.
  • Define a clear vision and strategy in order to communicate expectations
  • Demonstrate a flexible leadership style to foster team member engagement including recognition
  • Hold all team members accountable to drive results by being available, removing barriers and obstacles, facilitating change, and providing coaching/feedback related to performance

Qualifications

Success Profile:

  • 1-3 years Retail Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Retail Store Manager experience required
  • World-class customer service skill and interpersonal/communication skills
  • Affinity for developing talent
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
