Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome them
• Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Assist with cellphone sales and promotions
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise display neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customer with their shopping experience
• Participate in promotional events

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
• Ability to travel for training seminars

Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in retail sales, and customer service is a plus
