Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high impulse items and sell them directly to our customers. We are looking for proven winners and top performers that are motivated by results. Our Route Sales Professionals income is in the top 1% of route professionals.

We are seeking a Route Sales Professional to merchandise and sell our products in convenience stores and travel centers in the Peoria, IL area. As a Route Sales Professional, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of products to our convenience store customers. This includes all aspects of customer service, rotate and merchandise product, and excellent communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Passion to merchandise and sell FUN products

• Ability to place new product weekly

• Ability to order and maintain inventory of product using a handheld device

• Capable of working independently

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time

• Work in all weather conditions

• Frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds

• Safely operate up to a 15' box truck

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean Driving record

• Ability to work 40+ hours a week

• Overnight stays WILL be required weekly
